Rabbi Dovid Holtzberg was born in 1976 in Jerusalem, Israel. He received his Rabbinical Ordination in the Spring of 2000 in the Central Chabad-Lubavitch Yeshiva of Brooklyn, New York. He married his wife Binie in 2001 and moved 2 years later to Monterey, California in June of 2003 where he became the director of Chabad of Monterey. Rabbi Holtzberg and his wife Binie have 6 children 5 Boys and 1 girl (ages 17-3).

Mrs. Binie Holtzberg was born in 1981 in Brooklyn, NY.  She is the youngest of 7 children. Her siblings are all Rabbis around United States.  After finishing High School she got a degree in Special Education. Now she helps her Husband Rabbi Dovid Holtzberg co direct Chabad of Monterey.
